Booking Policy

  1. All Services and Re-bookings required to be done online through the Website address or on the Downloadable App anywhere from your phone or your computer.

  2. If you choose to call or text to book your appointment over the phone then there will be a separate non refundable $10.00 fee for this option that has to be paid during the call in order to book.

  3. I offer real time availability, Full 24/7 Access and the convenience for you to schedule at your leisure. This helps create a better salon experience. Plus it keeps me from getting appointment days and times crossed up. You can still call or text if you have any questions, I am more then happy to help you during operating hours to help you navigate the website online menu.

  4. A Credit or Debit Card is required to book to reinforce Cancellation and Deposit Policies. Your card will not be charged at time of booking.

  5. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment then you must cancel 24 hours before your scheduled time through the reminder email or text so that you don't get charge the non cancellation fee of 50% of your service fee.

  6. If you choose to re-book at a later date then a Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% of the cost of your services is required before you can book again to insure your commitment, and the balance is do after completion of your service.

  7. If your are needing to book multiple services such as: Haircuts, Hair Treatment, Hair Color, or add some track Hair Extensions etc... Those are Add On services, so add them to your appointment when you book since they require more time and the schedule will give you the best days and time available to chose from that works for you. It helps reduces next clients wait time down to no wait time.
